Our Self-Image
We understand project management as the independent planning of all processes and activities necessary for the development and qualification of a product ready for series production. This is, of course, based on our customers‘ processes and procedures. We react intuitively and proactively to emerging problems at an early stage and work together with the project team to develop sustainable solutions. The presentation of the project status in a wide variety of committees such as regular deadlines and management and steering committees from working to board level, is an important part of our activities.
Projects systematically focus on the requirements of OEMs for the respective tier 1- n at all times. We ensure this not only through structured project work, but also through a very a high standard of technical know-how in the shop floor of automotive production in order to ensure that high quality and quantity requirements are met.
Change Management
Structured change management between the individual stakeholders in a project is an essential part of successful project management.
In the automotive industry in particular, there is a very high volume of release stocks and component changes, especially in the SE phase, sometimes even beyond the SOP.
Our claim is to closely monitor and promote consistency, costs and the associated liquidity, as well as technical negotiations and the timely implementation of changes.
