Relocations
Strategic changes and more cost-effective production opportunities often lead to restructuring and the associated relocation of plants, production lines and entire value chains. We take care of the planning, organisation and management of your relocations to ensure that processes run smoothly – even during ongoing series production.
Task Force - We make your project fly again
We act as your special operations team on site and bring your project back on track. Through close support and targeted technical support, we analyse failures, complaints and delivery interruptions. We work with affected companies to develop strategies to regain control of quality, quantity and adherence to deadlines in a timely manner in order to prevent such escalations in the future.
Process development & technology development
We have in-depth knowledge of process development, the technology development process (TDP) and the product development process (PDP). We are happy to support you in the introduction of new processes, technologies and products, from the prototype phase to the SOP. The constant monitoring and tracking of maturity levels from the prince phase through the concept phase to the series phase is indispensable in order to enable a stable process.
